Cancellation of Order :
Before Shipment & Refund
- You will be entitled to cancel the order placed to us; only if your product is not yet shipped by us. Once the product is shipped, we shall not accept cancellation requests.
- For any queries or information, LapMall Store requests you to contact us on 9910515630 or email us on support@lapmall.in by sharing your order id to resolve your queries through our customer care executive.
- In order to cancel the Order, you will follow the following process :
Login to lapmall.in> Go to Orders> Press the cancellation tab.
Once a cancellation request is successfully registered on our Website/app by following the aforesaid process, your order shall be deemed to be cancelled.
- If it is a Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- Under some rare situations, we can also raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be –
Product out of stock with LapMall Store
Incorrect pricing or description of the product.
Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department.
Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address.
Any other unavoidable or unforeseeable circumstances.
- You agree that, non-completion of the order within the prescribed time-limit will not automatically entail the Cancellation of the order, if the same is as a result of the circumstances beyond our control.
- A cancellation request cannot be made after your order is ready for shipment. Once the product is opened or the service is considered as delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. You can however claim a warranty as per our warranty policy. All refunds are processed after internal verification and in case of any sales return, we reserve our right to full and partial refunds based on the condition of the product.
LapMall.in 7-Days Replacement Policy for Used/Refurbished Laptops
LapMall.in offers a 7-Day Replacement Policy for used laptops under specific conditions:
Conditions to Initiate Replacement
- New Products must be returned and replaced within seven (7) working days from the date you received the product. The item must be dispatched to us within this timeframe.
- Open Box & Pre-Owned Products must be returned and replaced within fifteen (15) working days from the date you received the product. Replacements will be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is dead on arrival or has a major technical issue.
- The product is physically damaged upon receipt.
- The product is deemed irreparable by the service center within 30 days of purchase.
For non-repairable products, you must visit a LapMall Store and obtain a job sheet, which needs to be uploaded online or submitted along with the replacement request or during product dispatch.
Process for Replacements
- Submit a replacement request by emailing support@lapmall.in.
- A LapMall back-office executive will contact you to initiate the replacement process.
- LapMall will arrange to pick up the product from the delivery location.
- A Quality Check (QC) will be performed by LapMall or its service partners to verify the replacement claim.
- A replacement product will be issued upon successful Quality Check, and the status of your claim will be communicated via email.
- The entire replacement process may take up to 15 working days.
Conditions Eligible for Replacement
- Wrong Product: Incorrect model, color, size, or style.
- Defective Product: Functional or manufacturing defects (not applicable if covered under the manufacturer’s warranty).
- Damaged Product: Physical damage or tampered product/package (not applicable if under manufacturer’s warranty).
- Wrong Quantity: Missing products or parts.
Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement
- Products that have been altered or used without prior notification to LapMall.
- Products returned without original packaging (including price tags, labels, and accessories).
- Products with tampered serial numbers.
- Defective products covered under the manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty.
- Damaged or missing items reported after seven (7) working days of delivery.
- Products sold under specific promotions, as gifts, or samples.
Conditions for Refunds:
- The replacement is subject to the item being in stock.
If the exact item is unavailable, LapMall Store may offer a refund instead.
Important Notes
- Before accepting a product delivery, ensure that the packaging is intact and not damaged. Once accepted, LapMall will not be liable for replacements if the item is later found to be damaged or tampered with.
- In case of frivolous or baseless replacement requests, LapMall reserves the right to take legal action and recover costs incurred.
- The product being replaced must include the original box and all accessories, in the exact condition as sold.

Refunds
LapMall Store will process your refund to the original form of payment or in the bank account of which details are provided by you to LapMall Store. The LapMall is free to decide the mode of payment of such Refund which includes RTGS payment system.
Refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of Notification.
You are responsible for and must prepay all return shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to LapMall Store except defect is attributable on our part and DOA (Dead on Arrival) cases.
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Care on 9311-121-121 within 7 working days. Refund may be refused if the product received by us is not as per your claim or Order ID is missing on the package.
- The refund or cancellation may be denied if :
Product is damaged due to improper use by the Buyer.
Any item is missing from the original packaging/order delivered to the buyer.
